The Helpline is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by multilingual assistance coordinators.
 
Non-Emergency Claims
For all other claims please contact AmTrust Assistance as soon as feasible with as much information as possible, such as your name, the insured’s name, the policy number, your address, a telephone number you can be contacted on and the details of the claim and we will tell you what to do next.

Security Assistance Services
As an AmTrust policy holder you are provided with complimentary access to a suite of travel and security advice services via our dedicated AmTrust Assistance portal and mobile app.
The app provides both alerts and reports on destinations across the world.

Alerts - Real time notifications and alerts. Covering new and emerging risks/events including:

  • Security Issues
  • Political and Economic Conditions
  • Armed Conflict
  • Terrorism
  • Crime
  • Civil Unrest
  • Health - issues with healthcare, outbreak of disease etc.
  • Environmental factors - natural disasters etc.

Country Reports – On demand country information, summarising each of the risks above and additionally:

  • A summary of recent emergency alerts
  • A summary of current/recent FCO travel advice
  • Emergency contact information in-country
Registration
To gain access to this exclusive portal please register by sending an email to register@amtrustassistance.co.uk with the following information:
  • Your Full Name
  • Your Company Name
  • Your Company e-mail address
  • The Policy Number
Once this information is received we will process your application and send you your login details.

The AmTrust Assistance portal is provided by a third party (Solace Global) and your information will be sent to Solace to register you on the portal.
The log on provided to access this service is for your personal use only and must not be shared with other individuals. Access will be provided whilst the policy to which this service attaches remains in force.
